Happy Clog meeting in the pub

Even though it seems hard to get momentum some people over at the google discussion group started to get serious and suggested a meeting, in a pub for instance. This joyfull meeting is to take place coming saturday October the 28 in Utrecht, The Netherlands at the King Arthur cafe.

Now of course some of us had been there and done that and seem less inclined to take that road again. But, let's give it one more try. This time we do have an itinerary and perhaps that'll help in getting some usefull out of this meeting.

Happy Cloggers talking on the web

Yeah, I got sick of wondering if anything was happening. I know I wasn't a true insider, I know I was watching from the sidelines and throwing in only 50% effort at best.

But I got sick of waiting. There's questions burning in my head to get answers. I can't change the world all alone and I knew that at least some of the people involved with http://happyclog.nl/ were interrested in getting more of a voice in our little country by the sea.

So, I stopped sitting on the side-line and took the initiative. I started a Happy Clog Google Group and went about trying to invite some of the happy clog members that I had heard of. Somewhat to my surprise there were a few really fast replies and enthousiastic encouragements.

It seems I was not alone, it seems I should've gotten of my lazy ass months ago. Change is in the air it seems, the autumn rains have started, the summer's over, let's get a move on boys and girls!!
